I have been a patient of Northfield Hospital & Clinics for years. I have had a lot of health issues during my time and yet I have not once been scared or uncertain about things thanks to the amazing staff there! From Brandon in Diagnostics, April in Women's Health and Mukti in Family Practice. I have always been treated with 1st class service and always always listened to. They are amazing and I wouldn't choose anything else for myself or my family. Thank you Northfield Hospital & Clinics from the bottom of my heart.

I had to go in to the emergency room last night and had the best care. There was a wait but triage did a great job and got me back to a room. The check in staff, triage staff, Dr and nurses were all very compassionate and caring. My night ended in emergency surgery. Every single staff person from the dr and nurses in the ER to the Dr who performed the surgery and her nurses and anesthesiologist were fantastic. The recovery nurse was the best and we just had a great experience with everything and everyone on a very difficult day. We are lucky to have this resource and these people in our community.

This hospital sets a standard that should be nationwide. The absolute best hospital in the state of MN. You get care with your solutions. Staff are unbelievably nice and sensitive to your needs. Not only do I have my children here, I don't go anywhere else for my health checks. 10 stars.

The wound care and healing center provides wonderful care and service. The nurses are very knowledgeable and take great care of patients no matter the need. They also provide educational materials as well as information about wound care and healing

I recently took a bad fall and had to go to the emergency room at the Northfield Hospital my experience was outstanding after a couple weeks I ended up back in the hospital I had to stay for a week the entire staff was what I would say amazing everybody was outstanding, very professional and they all really cared I could tell they all really enjoyed their jobs the doctors were awesome all my nurses were the best even the cleaning staff was amazing the food was amazing I can't say enough about my experience with the Northfield Hospital now I am going to the wound clinic for follow up and the same thing the staff is amazing I am so thankful to know that there is a hospital in the town of Northfield where I live that is Top Shelf thank you Northfield Hospital for all you have done for me and continue to do God bless the staff at the Northfield Hospital

I cannot say enough great things about Northfield hospital. I had to stay 2 nights unplanned and every single nurse, doctor, therapist and staff member treated my husband and I so well. It was also clean. Everyone there made a very stressful situation easier on us.

I went very recently to the Emergency Department of the Northfield Hospital, in the middle of the night, suffering from intolerable eye pain, looking for the best medical advice and treatment available, and that I received from Dr. Jessica Storlie. She showed (if scarcely) controlled patience with this patient, one checking in so late in a state of painful vagueness. There was a certain hint of resentment towards one expecting answers to every medical question or condition in, as she characterized it, perhaps little too emphatically, evenly defiantly, a small rural provincial hospital. But she listened carefully. She asked questions and offered comments with speed, focus and clarity. And frankness. She quickly dismantled my own suggested self-diagnosis which I based on my online medical training from the Wikipedia school of medicine, and she did this, justifiably tempting though it might have been to do so, without laughing in my face. The notes she wrote for my further use and treatment were exceptional in their clarity, detail and exhaustiveness. The other supporting staff I encountered in my visit were uniformly skilled, attentive, and kind. Three cheers for our very own small rural provincial hospital.

I have had only excellent experiences with this hospital and it's satellite in Lakeville. With ongoing medical issues that started in a different state, where I had terrible service, Northfield shines bright. Thoughtful staff, clean, safe and comfortable surroundings are the basic. It is the care from ALL the staff that has made my difficult procedures bearable and sometimes pleasant. Never have I felt ignored or set aside. A recent trip to the hospital ER was astoundingly excellent, not expected. My heartfelt thanks to the people working in both facilities!

I visited Urgent Care this winter and had easy check in, quick service, friendly staff, knowledgeable PA, and was in an out in 25 minutes! Also am a patient at the Northfield clinic and women’s Health clinic and have had equally good experiences at both! Appreciate and recommend this small town, local healthcare facility!

I have visited the ER a couple of times after winter falling on ice. The staff is kind and professional. Their doctors are great and their orthopedic surgeons are exceptional. Online billing is a breeze and if you need to set up a payment plan, the billing team is very kind and flexible.
